Bollywood am 18.04.2009 um 09:38 (UTC) | | | Bipasha Basu known for her alluring roles will now make people laugh. The dusky bong beauty has signed Ajay Devgan's home production "All the Best, Fun Begins" which will be directed by Rohit Shetty.
Bipasha stated that the movie is a situational comedy and nobody is doing foolish or insane actions to make you laugh. The situations are funny and everyone is part of them. The movie also stars Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan and Mugdha Godse.

Preeti Keswani enters Miley Jab Hum Tum..
Bollywood am 18.04.2009 um 09:37 (UTC) | | | It seems to be a Season of new entries in Star One's Miley Jab Hum Tum, as after the entry of Rahul Arora, it is the turn yet another new face to make her presence felt in the show.
According to our source, "The model turned actor Preeti Keswani will be entering the show. Her entry will be aired coming Monday".
On her character, our source states, "Her screen name is Sheena. She will be the next style statement in the college, and will be at par with Dia when it comes to look and style. She will prove to be a catalyst for Dia to get jealous".
"Even though her richness, class and stature give an appearance as though she has attitude, she is very much positive at heart. As the story progresses, her presence will bring about a change in everyone. That's for everyone to watch out for", explains our source.
We talked to the new comer Preeti Keswani who said, "Sheena is a new entry to the college. She is very confident about herself, and has an aura about her. Initially, she comes across as the arrogant girl, but when she starts mingling with people, her niceness does come to the fore".
On the track, the actress quips, "Well, I cannot tell much as of now. But my first interaction happens with Samrat, and as the story moves there will be some positive vibes developing between them".
Well, it looks as though the college mates are in for some stiff competition there!!

Sarwar's entry in Jyoti brings a new twist.
Bollywood am 18.04.2009 um 09:36 (UTC) | | | Sarwar Ahuja is debuting in television as an actor with NDTV Imagine's Jyoti. With his entry comes another big twist which will change the life of Jyoti (Sneha Wagh). His essays the character of Sachin.
"He is entering the show as Sachin, but this is not his real identity. He is conning as he does not want Jyoti to know the truth about him," says our source..
Elaborating on the twist further our source adds, "Well he is basically the one who gives huge amount of Donation to the Ashram called Shishu Mangal. Jyoti frequently visits this ashram to spend quality time with the kids."
"His real name is Pankaj and he is blind. Things do not go well between them in their first interaction, but later as the story moves, there is every chance of the two getting into a relation", concludes the source.
The actor will be entering the show on 21st April.
So viewers are you ready to watch another high point in Jyoti's life...

This venture was shot in 2006 when Shahid and Kareena were very much together. However due to some complications, the movie could not be released. Nonetheless, the film complications have all been sorted out but since the the movie was shot a couple of years back, dubbing was necessary.
When requested, the duo agreed to dub for the film. Buzz has it that Kareena is done her part meanwhile Shahid has some portions left. This exciting Boney Kapoor venture is expected to hit theatres in the latter half of the year 2009

Mani Ratnam's Ravana, which stars the husband-wife duo, Abhishek and Aishwariya Rai Bachchan, was not originally offered to Jr. AB. In fact, Mani Ratnam wanted to cast the popular pair, Shah Rukh Khan with Aishwariya Rai in the lead roles. After huge hits like Mohabbatein and Devdas, the duo was never seen on screen together.
When Mani Ratnam approached Shah Rukh, he was quite interested. However, when Mani Ratnam reached Mumbai, SRK was already committed to Aditya Chopra's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi,making his schedule tighter. Mani Ratnam did not want to delay the project, hence why he decided to cast in AB Jr. instead!
After Chalte Chalte, this is the second time we won't get to see the SRK-Aish jodi! Tough luck for all SRK-Aish fans!

Bollywood am 18.04.2009 um 09:30 (UTC) | | | Mumbai, April 15 (IANS) Thanks to the ongoing tussle between the producers and multiplex owners, Bollywood is bleeding, says filmmaker Mukesh Bhatt.
'We (the film industry) are bleeding. This strike is affecting the industry and we are suffering colossal losses,' Bhatt, chairman of the United Forum for Bollywood Producers and Distributors, told IANS.
On being asked about the approximate percentage of loss that the industry is expected to suffer, he said: 'As of now, we are not doing any number crunching but we are sure the loss will ultimately be huge.'
The tussle is over 50:50 revenue sharing between producers and multiplexes. In view of the issue, producers have suspended the marketing and distribution of films from April 4.
'We are not going to succumb to unreasonable demands,' said Bhatt.
